I. feel. you. ๐Ÿค I can confidently say that throughout my life I have probably experienced EVERY kind of sleeping problem. At a certain stage I slept 3-5 hours per night for 1,5 (!!) years. I decided to take it seriously and really understand sleep. In my new yearโ€™s resolution I just wrote down one thing: โ€œThis year I will sleep like a babyโ€ ๐ผ ๐‘ก๐‘Ž๐‘™๐‘˜๐‘’๐‘‘ ๐‘ก๐‘œ ๐‘›๐‘’๐‘ข๐‘Ÿ๐‘œ๐‘ ๐‘๐‘–๐‘’๐‘›๐‘ก๐‘–๐‘ ๐‘ก๐‘ , ๐‘‘๐‘–๐‘‘ ๐‘๐‘œ๐‘ข๐‘Ÿ๐‘ ๐‘’๐‘ , ๐‘Ÿ๐‘’๐‘Ž๐‘‘ ๐‘’๐‘ฃ๐‘’๐‘Ÿ๐‘ฆ ๐‘๐‘œ๐‘œ๐‘˜ ๐ผ ๐‘๐‘œ๐‘ข๐‘™๐‘‘ ๐‘“๐‘–๐‘›๐‘‘, ๐ผ ๐‘‘๐‘–๐‘‘ ๐‘Ž ๐‘‘๐‘’๐‘’๐‘๐‘‘๐‘–๐‘ฃ๐‘’ ๐‘–๐‘›๐‘ก๐‘œ ๐‘ข๐‘›๐‘‘๐‘’๐‘Ÿ๐‘ ๐‘ก๐‘Ž๐‘›๐‘‘๐‘–๐‘›๐‘” ๐‘กโ„Ž๐‘’ ๐‘š๐‘’๐‘โ„Ž๐‘Ž๐‘›๐‘–๐‘๐‘  ๐‘ข๐‘›๐‘‘๐‘’๐‘Ÿ๐‘™๐‘ฆ๐‘–๐‘›๐‘” ๐‘ ๐‘™๐‘’๐‘’๐‘ ๐‘Ž๐‘›๐‘‘ ๐‘œ๐‘ข๐‘Ÿ ๐‘ ๐‘™๐‘’๐‘’๐‘ โ„Ž๐‘œ๐‘Ÿ๐‘š๐‘œ๐‘›๐‘’๐‘ . I can now gladly say my โ€˜dreamsโ€™ have come true ๐Ÿ’ซ๐ŸŒˆ !!! I found out that often we ๐‘กโ„Ž๐‘–๐‘›๐‘˜ we have tried every solution, but we really havenโ€™t - and we ๐‘กโ„Ž๐‘–๐‘›๐‘˜ we do all the right things; but we REALLY donโ€™t. We lack essential knowledge. ๐ท๐‘œ ๐‘ฆ๐‘œ๐‘ข ๐‘’๐‘ฅ๐‘๐‘’๐‘Ÿ๐‘–๐‘’๐‘›๐‘๐‘’ ๐‘™๐‘œ๐‘›๐‘”, ๐‘‘๐‘Ž๐‘Ÿ๐‘˜ ๐‘Ž๐‘›๐‘‘ ๐‘™๐‘œ๐‘›๐‘’๐‘™๐‘ฆ ๐‘›๐‘–๐‘”โ„Ž๐‘ก๐‘ ? ๐ด๐‘Ÿ๐‘’ ๐‘ฆ๐‘œ๐‘ข ๐‘’๐‘ฅโ„Ž๐‘Ž๐‘ข๐‘ ๐‘ก๐‘’๐‘‘ ๐‘‘๐‘ข๐‘Ÿ๐‘–๐‘›๐‘” ๐‘กโ„Ž๐‘’ ๐‘‘๐‘Ž๐‘ฆ? I love living creatively. I have always dreamt big, turned dreams into plans, into reality. My dreams and love for adventure have allowed me to explore and live life to the full. My dreams led me to live on the islands of Fiji, work as a Shepheard in New Zealand, and travel this vast country backpacking on horseback. My love for mountains and passion for snow led me to study avalanches in Canada, obtaining my licence to co-guide in the mountains. The dream thing. At first this was easy. Before 'real life' started. Before I was tied to a fixed job. Then I started working. OMG, that is so much. But it is a mix of bigger things: e.g. do a Mindfulness Training, do a yoga Teacher training (and now set up my own business!!), make trip to Peru and smaller things: I would like to have more plants in my house, find 5 new delicious vegetarian recipes. There is one simple rule to the list: they have to be things that I LOVE doing, that give me energy. That bring my spark alive. It is possible to give life a bite. Even with the smallest things. Maybe start with one thing that you would like to do or learn. Write it down. Make it happen.
