With over 9 years of experience in large corporates (L’ Oreal, Diageo, Beiersdorf) in finance, marketing and sales I have a deep understanding of the dynamics at play. I know what it is like to work with pressure and tight deadlines. I understand the politics, the team dynamics, the decision making and difficult conversations. Most of all I know how to integrate mind and body work in a fast paced corporate workday and lifestyle.
